Teachings of the Buddha is an english-language visual novel. It features sixteen sutras adapted from accesstoinsight.org, and original digital artwork adapted from tibetan thangka paintings.
Alpha version 0.1 of Teachings of the Buddha was released on February 4th, 2009. It includes original art by Frederic Guimont, and the chamberwork 'Guan' composed by Scott Godin and performed by Bradyworks.
There are three files that you can download, but you only need to download the one file that is appropriate for your platform.
In keeping with the spirit of pure Dhamma, this game is free and will always remain free. If you appreciate the work and effort that has been put into the game and you feel it has benefited you in any way, you may contribute to its ongoing development, either by making a donation or by helping us get the word out.
Updates will be posted and requests for features will also be taken on the facebook page for the game. Feel free to subscribe and chime in at your leisure.
